She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Dornbach Hill and Earl Preston Hill. She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Buzan; her brother-in-law Nelson Buzan; her brother John Hill; her son-in-law Lish Meekins; her children, Tim Creef (Denise), Liz Ann Creef-Meekins and Buddy Creef (Kate); her grandchildren, Will Creef (Timberly), Davis Creef (Kate), Sara Creef Limmerman (Brady), Elyssa Creef and Alex Creef; her great grandchild Hattie Creef; and her sister Audrey Hawkins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and "adopted family".
