She is survived by: her children, James F. Vaughan (Jamie) of Grand Junction, CO, Kim Vaughan Espinoza (John) and Christa Vaughan of Rocky Mount; her sister Virginia Pittman of Tarboro; and her grandchildren, Brian Gunnells (Nicole Beasley) of Jackson, Dillon Vaughan (Nicole Rowe) of Pinetops, Brittany Lynn King of Tarboro and Stacey Lynn Gunnells of Ahoskie. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
