She was loved and cherished by many people including: her partner Carol Edmondson; her mother Nina Kirby; her brothers, Jim Miller (Hope) and Pat Miller (Elizabeth); her nieces and nephews, Mike, Donna Elliott, Brooke Elliott (Jarred) and Michael Elliott (Chloe); and her father Elton Miller.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in Cindy's memory to the Manteo Lions Club (PO Box 636, Manteo, NC 27954) or the Outer Banks SPCA (PO Box 2477, Manteo, NC 27954).
