She was predeceased by: her husband Milton Selby; her parents, Cora Mae McClease Burton of Manteo and Daniel Burton of Currituck, NC.; her siblings, Daniel Burton, Jr., Alfred Burton, Wilbur Burton and Lovey B. Moore; and her stepchildren, Jerome Selby (Barbara) and Trina Selby.
She is survived by: her sisters, Mabel Porter, Ethel Bowser, Gloria Burton, Aquilla Bryant (Matthew) and Priscilla Hardy (Al); her children, Constance Payne (Curtis), Alvin Selby (Joann), Daniel Selby, Julius Selby (Diane) and Lovey Selby; and her stepchildren, Azealea Mackey and Wendell Moore (Cecelia). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
