It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Angela Chappell Horne of Manteo, North Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Horne; and her parents, Moody Lee Chappell, Jr. and Ruby Rhodes Chappell. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Reginald Chappell (Angelia); her children, Justin Lee Horne (Caroline), Tara Shannon Horne, Dustin Jones, Brian Wayne Horne (Whitney), Lauren Horne Carter (Jay) and Samuel Ryan Horne; and her grandchildren, Emma, Brian, Ella Horne, Sam, Jake, Wyatt Carter, Finlee and Fisher Horne.
