She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Deaton and Neca Withers Henderson; her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Franklin Finger; and her brothers, Reggie Deaton and Jimmy Deaton.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Finger (DeAnna) of Catawba, Tony Finger (Carrie) of Maiden and Melinda Hipps (Danny) of Maiden; her siblings, Ronnie Deaton (Julie) of Maiden and Amanda Steele (Robbie) of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Bryan Finger, Brandon Finger, Natalie Finger, Jody Henley, Easton Finger, Dustin Hipps and Holli Hipps; her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Shelton and Andy Mayes; and her sister-in-law Teresa Morgan.
