With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thela Lewis of Maiden, North Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Evin Letson and Sarah Lucille Letson; her grandson Austin Cornelius; her siblings, Twila Letson and Bobby Letson; her sister-in-law Darlene Sanders; and her pet Soldier.
She is survived by: her husband Terry Lewis; her children, Saqahnah D Lewis, Terri Leigh Ann Crouse (Tracy) and Matthew David Lewis (Mariah); her grandchildren, Caleb Foster (Hailey), Elizabeth Narveson, Felicity Cornelius, Brennan Cornelius, Kayden Lewis, Raegan Crouse and Austin Crouse; her siblings, Starla Tsosie, Daneila Letson and Tony Letson; and her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Deskins (Tom), Bob Lewis and Calvin Lewis (Pat). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
