It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scharleen Harwell Sigmon (Maiden, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Harwell and Clevie Kiser Harwell. She is survived by: her children, Richard Michael Sigmon (Jennifer) of Maiden and Mary Carpenter (Bobby) of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Noah, Jonah Sigmon, Preston Carpenter and Kristin Raper (Thomas); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Mack and Emma Kate.

Memorials may be made to Carolina Caring or Mays Chapel UMC.
