He is survived by: his wife Ada Smith; his daughters, Wanda Conway (Michael) of Maiden and Carolyn Smith of Maiden; and his granddaughters, Kayla Conway of Winston-Salem and Abbey Conway of Greensboro. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
