It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney Eugene Sigmon of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on February 19, 2022, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Russell Sigmon Jr. and Annie Lee Parker Sigmon; his brother Boyd Aurther Sigmon; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Sigmon. He is survived by: his wife Dana McCarter Sigmon; his sons, Cody Michael Sigmon (Amanda) of Maiden and Adam Russell Sigmon of Maiden; his sister Kathy Goble (Donald) of Maiden; his grandson Mason Michael Sigmon; and his nephew Boyd Aaron Sigmon of Charlotte. He is also survived by Three aunts and an uncle.
