She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Keener and Nellie Baker Keener; her husband Roy White; her siblings, Ruth Eggers, Bobby Keener and Loy Keener Jr.; and her granddaughter Ashley House Owen.
She is survived by: her children, Velinda Abernathy (Douglas) of Maiden, Brenda House of Little River, SC, Billy White (Connie) of Lincolnton, Kelly White (Lynn) of Lincolnton and Tera Walton (Ryan) of Lincolnton; her grandchildren, Amanda Smith, Josh and Matthew White of Lincolnton; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Cole Calverley, Faith Owen, Levigh Bell and Matthew White Jr.; and her brother James Keener.
