He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Johnson Rowe; and his father-in-law Robert Stephen Fisher Sr.. He is survived by: his father Cecil James Rowe of Idaho; his wife Stephanie Fisher Rowe; his son Coey Rowe; his stepchildren, Timothy Andrews, Nick Johnson, Jesse Andrews, Dorothy Gragg and Stephanie Ballas; his siblings, Allen Basham, Gary Rowe, Donna Arms, Angela Boone and Lydia Mason; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Mason, Jackson, James, Max, Ian, Liliann McCabe and Eleanor Gragg. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
