He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Palmer Rhyne Sr. and Rev. Clara Cook Stevens; and his sister Pauline Drum. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fay McCray Rhyne; his children, Patricia Jones (Flynn) of Maiden, Rev. Timothy Rhyne (Carole McRee) of Maiden and Terry Rhyne of San Diego, CA; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Clark and Joshua Lewis. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
