It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gayle Caldwell Jarrett of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Marion Caldwell and Verlie Waters Caldwell; her husband Albert Sterling Jarrett; her brothers, Larry Ray and Harry Kay Caldwell; her son Michael Allen Jarrett; and her grandson Tyler Jarrett.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Lynn Jarrett (Cathy Carter Jarrett) of Maiden and Donald Ray Jarrett (Robyn Summitt Jarrett) of Newton; her grandchildren, Kory Lee Jarrett (Kristin Wike Jarrett) of Statesville, Taner Allen Jarrett (Hollie Rae Jarrett) of Lincolnton and Casey Regan Jarrett of Maiden; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Jarrett, Hunter Jarrett, Brooklyn Jarrett, Colt Jarrett and Avis Jarrett.
The family requests all who attend the service wear a mask.
