He is survived by: his mother Doris Haines Hoag of Maiden; his wife Amanda Burke; his daughters, LeAnn Dowell (Troy) of Yadkinville and Shannon Greene (Damon) of Hildebran; his sister Tammie Killian of Hickory; his sister-in-law Susan Greene of Maiden; his grandchildren, Andrew Munn, Garrett Munn, Betsy Arrigo, Kaydence Greene and John Greene Numerous; and his pet Henry.
