It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Furr Hunsucker of Maiden, North Carolina, born in Catawba, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Bryan Furr and Mabel Zenobia Rowland; her brother Bobby K. Furr; and her former husband George E. Hunsucker, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Hunsucker and Gina Martin (Roger); her grandchildren, Heather Carroll (Lance), Daniel Hunsucker (Audriana), Hannah Martin and Patrick Martin; and her great grandchild Julia Eve Carroll.
