She was predeceased by: her parents, Fleet A. Drum and Inez L. Drum; and her grandparents, Thomas Levi, Annar Goodson Lay, Durant Pinkney and Bessie Eula Drum (Joe L. Griffin).
She is survived by: her son Charles L. Poovey, Sr.; her stepson John Kristopher; her daughter-in-law Christine Griffin of Shreveport, LA; her stepdaughter Kelly Denise Griffin of LaGrange, GA; her grandson Charles L. Poovey, Jr. of Shreveport, LA; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Griffin of Dallas, Megan Griffin Chance, Maggie Griffin of Keithville, LA, Kari, Rebekah, Bethany, Lydia, Katherine and Joshua Van Laarhoven of LaGrange, GA; her great grandchildren, Sean and Caleb Poovey of Shreveport, LA; her brother Robert H. Drum, Sr.; her sister-in-law Lorene Kale Drum of Newton, NC; her sister Celia Drum Hefner; and her brother-in-law Robert Ellis of Denver, NC. She is also survived by nephew, nieces, and many cousins.
