She was predeceased by: her parents, Bunion Floyd Devine and Mary Elizabeth Devine; her son Hugh Baxter, Jr.; and her siblings, Ernest Devine, Ray Devine, Billy Devine, Inez Bray, Nellie Simmons, Stella Ikard and Nancy Bumgarner.
She is survived by: her brother Kenneth Glen Devine (Martha) of Atlanta; her grandchildren, Scott Elliott Baxter and Kimberly D. Arroyo; and also Linda Dills of Greenville, SC.
