He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Perk Caldwell and Dorothy Mae Lynch Caldwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda McCathern (Terry) and Lindsey Reed (Taylor) of Maiden; his brother Kevin Caldwell (Shasta) of Maiden; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Cameron, Rylan, McKensie and Emmy Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
