Cook; her children, Holden McSwain and Shandy McSwain; her stepson Christopher "Dale" Cook of Hickory; her parents-in-law, Crystal (Wayne Cook) of Cherryville, NC. and Gradie Cook (Chan Cook) of Vale, NC; and her siblings, Johnny Bratton of Maiden, Amy Cunningham, Crystal Faulkner of Denver Creta, Beard and Crematory.
