He was predeceased by: his parents, Roam Keiffer and Elizabeth Peeler Jarrett; his son Michael Allen Jarrett; his grandson Tyler Jarrett; and his brother John Keiffer Jarrett.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Lynn Jarrett (Cathy) of Maiden and Donald Ray Jarrett (Robyn) of Newton; his wife Gayle Caldwell Jarrett; his grandchildren, Kory Lee Jarrett (Kristen) of Statesville, Taner Allen Jarrett (Holly) of Lincolnton and Casey Jarrett of Maiden; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Jarrett, Hunter Jarrett, Brooklyn Jarrett, Colton Jarrett and Avis Jarrett.
