He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Bailey Theobald; his parents, Clarence Theobald and Gladys Connor Theobald; and his brothers, Richard and Kenneth Theobald.
He is survived by: his children, Chuck Theobald, Star Helton (Danny), Kelly Harless (Randy) of Maggie Valley, Rhonda Kerr and Merry Theobald (Cliff Libby); and his sisters, Sally Weeman and Lolly Belloli. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
