She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Davis and Cora Fisher Davis; her son John D. Ledford; and her brother Ray Davis. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Ledford, Kathy Phillips (Steve) and Steve Ledford (Lisa); and her sister Eva Mae Ledford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Road Baptist Church, 2701 Soco Road, Maggie Valley, NC 28751.
