He is survived by: his mother Cecilia Griffin of Reidsville, NC; his wife Lori Griffin of Madison, NC; his sons, Kevin Griffin of Hickory, NC and Hayden Griffin of Madison, NC; his mother-in-law Jean Fowlkes of Reidsville, NC; and his siblings-in-law, Stacy Fowlkes of Reidsville, NC and Robert Fowlkes of Biloxi, MS. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to charities fighting diabetes and cancer.
