She was predeceased by: her father Roy Hazelwood; her siblings, Larry Hazelwood and Nancy McAlister; and her nephew Troy Hall. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Burkhart (David) and Kevin Gann; her grand-furbabies, Asher, Zoey, Zelda and Molly; her siblings, Ann Hall, Vera Mae Hazelwood and Kenneth Hazelwood (Wanda); her brother-in-law Mike McAlister; and also, Haley Gann, Marlee Malpass (Noah), Kelsei Gann, Georgia Meeks, Olivia Gann and Kegan Burkhart (Ciara Morrow). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
