She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Anderson Dodson; her husband Reed Euel Sheppard; and her siblings, Homie Anderson Dodson, Lewis Edison Dodson, James Jackson Dodson and Janie Shelton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Betty Puckett (Elzie) of Madison, Hazel Hooker of Pine Hall, Ethel Fulcher of Ferrum and Virginia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
