She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior Jacobs and Exand Jacobs; and her husband James Lowery Jr.. She is survived by: her brother Joe Jacobs of Lumberton; her children, Sandra Lowery, Cheryl Locklear (Christopher), Jennie Brooks (Todd), Ann Windom (David) and Tony Lowery; her grandchildren, Brian Keith Hunt (Elizabeth), Nicholas Lowery, Cassie Rodriguez (Victor), Collin Locklear and Bailey Locklear; and her great grandchildren, Jay Hunt and Olivia Rodriguez.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Point Baptist Church (3410 M. L. K. Jr Dr, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at the New Point Baptist Church Cemetery (3410 M. L. K. Jr Dr, Lumberton, NC 28358).
