He is survived by: his grandchildren, Poppy, Matchbox and Max; his wife Debra; his mother Sylvia Kirby of Wallingford, CT; his siblings, Debby Kirby of Durham, CT, Gary Kirby of Meriden, CT and Dale Kirby (Jan) of Cheshire, CT; his sons, Jeffrey Kirby (Tammy) of Youngsville, NC and Scott Kirby (Danielle) of Marlborough, CT; and his grandchildren, Shawn Kirby, Christopher Kirby and Morgan Kirby.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Neil's name can be made to Coginchaug Little League or Maple Springs Baptist Church.
