She was predeceased by: her father Marvin Wesley; her husband John Boyd Edwards; and her sister Mildred B. Carter. She is survived by: her sons, JB Edwards (Lisa), Marvin Edwards and Wesley "Orin" Edwards (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Bryan Edwards (Ariel), Sarah E. Smith (Chad) and Matthew Edwards. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
