He was predeceased by: his father Millard Leon Duke; his wife Rhonda Thomasson Penny; and his siblings, Trent Penny, Betty Penny and Linda Morris.
He is survived by: his brother Ronnie Penny; his sons, Larry Penny, Jamie Penny (Stephanie) and Brett Penny; his stepdaughter Lisa Glover (David); and his grandchildren, Lynzie Penny, Savannah Penny, Summer Penny, Sydney Penny, Aidan Penny, Austin Penny and Alex Penny. He is also survived by his family and friends.
