He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise DeGrandVerbrigghe and Henry Verbrigghe; and his siblings, Mary Jane Ledvina, Donna Mileski, Raymond and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Nanette Carter Verbrigghe; his sons, Wesley and Michael (Lana); his grandson Jacob; his brothers, Leo, Francis, Matt, Leonard (Gail), Joseph (Sandy) and Dennis (Marti); his mother-in-law Annie B. Carter; and his siblings-in-law, Rodney Carter and Bonnie Carter Aldridge (Steven Dieckhaus).
