He was predeceased by: his father Grover Cleveland Sr.; his wives, Beaufort Williams Harris and Sharon Fischer Harris; his daughter Theresa Wall; his grandson Charlie Harris; and his siblings, Edith Park and John Lindsay Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Frederick W. Harris (Rhonda), Charles C Harris (Martha) and Rachel Jolly (Bill); his grandchildren, Brittany Elliott (Taylor), Kelsey Harris, Molly Keenan (Matt), Meghan (Maarten) of Boer, Blake Johnson and Jake Wall; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Frederick, Juniper, Liliana and Lucas.
