He was predeceased by: his father Larry Medlin. He is survived by: his wife Donna Medlin; his children, Larry C. Medlin (Kimberly) of Kittrell and Kimberly Woodson (Andy) of Satuma, FL; his grandchildren, Justin Medlin, Michael Medlin, Donald Wayne Preddy, James Medlin, Heather Medlin and Cameron Medlin; his great grandchildren, Annabell, Sinri, Lucas, Lennox, James Jr. and Maverick; his siblings, Charles Medlin, Phyllis Dickerson, Marie Young, Irene Dillard and Connie Arnold; and his pet Roscoe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
