She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Blake and Stephanie Blake (Heil); and her brothers, Charlie and Artie. She is survived by: her great grandchild Bladen; her daughter Patti (George); her granddaughters, Nicole (John) and Christina (Derek); and her great grandchildren, Riley and Delaney.
