She was predeceased by: her sister Sallie Jo; her parents, Mark Lewis and Joy Lewis; and her father-in-law George Stevens. She is survived by: her husband Richard Stevens (Rick); her mother-in-law Marilyn; her siblings, Mark Lewis (Mary Anne), Becky Binder and Jim Lewis (Julie); and her brother-in-law Greg Stevens (Monica). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close family members.
