Grace Carolyn Bishop Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020, at the age of 75, Grace Carolyn Bishop (Locust, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ivey Smith and Alma Tarlton Smith; and her granddaughter Pamela Grace Towery. She is survived by: her husband Joseph W. Bishop, Jr.; her daughters, Ivy Deaton (Mark) of Millingport, NC and Leah Towery (David) of Locust; her siblings, Douglas Smith (Judy) of Massachusetts, Hayne Smith (Kathy) of Locust and Dianne Efird (Doyle) of Stanfield, NC; her grandchildren, Justin Deaton (Brooke), Shea Evans (Zach), Christina Faith Towery and Mackenzie Hope Towery; and her great grandchildren, Colton, Madilyn, Avery, Lawson, Gracie and Gage.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions a memorial service for Mrs. Bishop will be held at a later date.
