She was predeceased by: her parents, James Benny Pollard and Ethel Morgan Pollard; her husband Garlon Parker; her daughters, Alice Tyson and Linda Smith; her sister Allean Blackmon; her sons, Bobby and Russell Parker; and her grandson B. J. Tyson.
She is survived by: her son John Edward Parker; and her grandchildren, Johnny, Tommy (James Parker), Tina Linza and Christopher Smith (Michelle Hinson). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
