He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Jackson and Betty Irene Jackson; his brother Carl Willis Jackson; and his grandson John Paul "J. P." Mulholland. He is survived by: his wife Joan U. Jackson; his sons, James "Jimmy" Jackson III (Cathy) and John Jackson (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Arno (Christopher), James Rood (Elizabeth), RaeAnna Casady (Sean) and Louis Mulholland; and his great grandchildren, Nolan Arno, Kaylin Arno, Colton Arno, Carter Casady, Caroline Casady, Jackson Mulholland, Noah Mulholland, Suzanne Mulholland, Isabelle Rood and Rosemary Rood.
