We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2021, at the age of 84, Harvey Ruffin of Linden, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dilcy Mae and John Henry Ruffin. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie L. Ruffin; his children, Michelle Runge, Kitten LaMere (Bryan), Desirae Pietro (Eric), Angelia Duenas, Jerome Ruffin, James Runge, Kenneth Ruffin (Marilyn) and Codee Runge; and his sisters, Doris Allen and Mavis Starling. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center, 1638 Owen Dr. Fayetteville, NC 28304 or to the family to help with funeral expenses.
