She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert "Hub" Blackmon and Katie Bowden Blackmon; her husband George Haire of Washington; her grandson Justin Flynn; her brothers, Fred Blackmon, Cephus Blackmon, Merian Blackmon, Glenn Blackmon, James Duncan Blackmon and Earl Junior Blackmon; and her children-in-law, Bonnie Haire and James Edward Guy.
She is survived by: her children, Edmond Bright Haire of Linden, Charles Ray Haire (Janie "Dee") of Linden and Eva Mae Guy of Lillington; her sister Inez Hair; and her grandchildren, Charles Anthony Haire of Linden, Edmond Bright Haire Jr. (Wendy) of Lillington, Mitchell Allen Haire of Linden, Eva Idell Cook of Lillington, Larry Edmund Guy (Vickie) of Wake Forest and Richard James Guy (Joann) of Smithfield. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
