It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Ray Ivey of Linden, North Carolina, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtie Ivey and Almond Ivey. He is survived by: his wife Betty Hair Ivey; and his children, Timothy Ray Ivey, Tammy Powers (Rick) and Kellie R. Gregory (Chris). He is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
