We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Shirley Lucile Carpenter Payseur of Lincolnton, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Z. S. "Bub" Carpenter and Elizabeth "Lizzy" Harmon Carpenter; her husband Lawrence Edward "L. E." Payseur, Jr.; and her siblings, Troy Carpenter, Lathan Carpenter, Erlene Mosteller and Beth Terres.
She is survived by: her children, June Shiver of Dallas, Belinda Butler (Eric) of Lincolnton, Edward "Ed" Payseur (Sandra) of Seneca, SC and Phillip Payseur (Wendy) of Crouse; and her sister Margie Alexander of Kings Mountain. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
