He is survived by: his parents, Robert Joseph Douglas (Rozzelle) of Union Grove, NC and Patricia Lusk Douglas; his wife Windy Jenkins Douglas; his children, Madison Douglas, Mackenzie Douglas and Logan Douglas of Lincolnton; his grandmother Peggy Douglas of Stony Point; and his brothers, Larry Lusk of Lincolnton, Jeffrey Douglas (Misty) of Cherryville and Michael Douglas of Vale.
