He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Crowell Ross and Mary Lou Ross; and his siblings, Regina Beam Ross, Mary Katherine Dellinger Ross, Elizabeth Ross Caskey and Silas Webb Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Ross; his former wife Cindy Arundel; his sons, Bryan Ross (Donna) of Claremont, NC and Scott Ross (Ginger Ross) of Troutman, NC; and his grandchildren, Matthew Ross (Mackenzie), Luke Ross (Kasey), Jessie Ross and Kassidy Ross.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM at the Unity Presbyterian Church (8210 Unity Church Rd, Denver, NC 28037). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Our Saviour Episcopal Church (1128 NC-182, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
