She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Edwin Roach and Ermintrude Grigg Roach. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Dodgin of Shelby and Steven Tyler of Lenoir; and her siblings, Charles Roach (Susan) of Lincolnton and Karen Cayer (David) of Charlotte.
