He is survived by: his wife Tonya Bowden Shoffner; his sons, Justin Ray Shoffner, Brandon Ray Shoffner and Nicholas Ray Shoffner; and his sister Deloise F. Shoffner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
