She is survived by: her son Shane Thompson; her grandchildren, Brandy Spainhour (Chad) and Eric Thompson (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Brent, Caleb, Kaylin, Justin and Madisyn Sarah; and her brothers, Lenn and Ned Bullock.
