He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Campbell and Maud Shaffer Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Smith Campbell; his daughters, Brandy Campbell of Asheville and Sarah Campbell of Lewisville; his granddaughter Megan Parris of Asheville; and his sister Ruth Cook of Maryland.
