He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin and Flora Dull Spainhour; and his wife Rachel Jones Spainhour. He is survived by: his children, Melanie Beauchamp (Andy), Kyle Spainhour (Eric Siemers) and Miriam Lane; his grandchildren, Matthew Beauchamp, Justin Beauchamp, Emilee Angell (Brandon), Trevor Thomas (Kaycee), Cole Thomas (Brianna), Brianna LeSerra (Dom) and Griffin Fisher; and his sister Lorene Groce (Ralph). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
