He was predeceased by: his father Charles G. Lichey, Jr.; his wife Grace Bulgier Lichey; and his son-in-law Timothy McGhin. He is survived by: his sister Mary Lou Boggus; his daughters, Janet McGhin, Ruthanne Cassidy (Basel) and Melissa Lawrence; and his grandchildren, April (Jason), Rachel (Michael), Holly (Charlie), Meredith, Blake, Canyon, Kelly, Savannah (Blake) and Morgan. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
